Call for Expressions of Interest and Proposals – deadline for new submissions – 9th December 2022

The European Open Rivers Programme is inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) for project submissions for dam removal preparatory and demolition projects that fall under grant categories A1, A2, A3 and B. The programme is also inviting Proposals for project submissions that fall under grant categories A4 and C. The EoI and Proposals must be submitted online via the programme’s application portal by 17:00 CET on 9th December 2022.

The programme supports 20 new projects set to transform rivers across 14 countries

The Open Rivers programme is pleased to support a further 20 projects aimed at revitalising river flows and biodiversity across Europe. The projects span 14 countries including Turkey, Germany, Netherlands, and Finland, where the programme has supported projects for the first time.
